The Director of the Republic Statistical Office Dr Miladin Kovacevic shared the voter turnout data according to which 8.99% of eligible citizens had taken the vote in the Republic of Serbia by noon. 11.07% of eligible citizens had taken the vote in the region of Vojvodina, 7.74% in Sumadija and Western Serbia, 8.47% in the region of Southern and Eastern Serbia and 7.89% in the Belgrade district.
The Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission Vladimir Dimitrijevic informed the press that the referendum is being followed by 2,333 domestic and 2,345 foreign observers.
