At the session held on 13 April 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by Nebojsa Zelenovic, person authorised to act on behalf of Civic Group WE HAVE TO – ACTION – Ecological Uprising – Cuta – Don’t Let Belgrade D(r)own, against the Decree of the Zemun City Municipality Electoral Commission and rejected it as unfounded.

The Commission also ruled on the complaint lodged by Jugoslav Nikolic, member of Loznica City Electoral Commission standing composition, and rejected it as lodged by an unauthorised person.

The Commission members also rejected as lodged by an unauthorised person the complaint of Dimitrije Petkovic, president of the executive board of the Party of Freedom and Justice – Krusevac.

The complaint lodged by Dragoljub Visic, authorised person of the Coalition United for the Victory of Serbia, against the Decree of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the Municipality of Mionica, was rejected as unfounded.

The REC considered and rejected as untimely the complaint lodged by voter Ljubinko Kosanin from Kraljevo.

The Commission members also ruled on the eight complaints lodged by Ivica Vasic, person authorised to act on behalf of Civic Group WE HAVE TO – ACTION – Ecological Uprising – Cuta – Don’t Let Belgrade D(r)own, against the decrees of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the Municipality of Bela Palanka, four of which were thrown out as lodged by an unauthorised person and four were rejected.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt decrees on the appointment of members and substitute members into the standing composition of polling boards at the proposal of the National Assembly Speaker for the coordinated conduct of the repeat vote in the parliamentary and presidential elections called for 16 April 2022, as well as the Decree on the appointment of a member into the polling board standing composition at the proposal of the National Assembly Speaker for the conduct of the repeat vote in the elections for Belgrade City Assembly councilors called for 16 April 2022, for polling station no.39 in Stari Grad City Municipality.
