At the session held on 13 April 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on two complaints lodged by voter Vladimir Gvozdenovic from Sabac. One was rejected as lodged by an unauthorised person, and the other was in part rejected as lodged by an unauthorised person, and in part rejected as not allowed.
The Commission members also ruled on the complaint lodged by voter Katarina Tomic from Sabac and the complaint lodged by voter Dejan Petrovic from Sabac, rejecting both as lodged by an unauthorised person.
The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt decrees on the appointment of members and substitute members into the standing composition of polling boards at the proposal of the National Assembly Speaker for the conduct of the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections called for 16 April 2022.
