At the session held on 13 April 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by Jugoslav Nikolic, member of Loznica City Electoral Commission standing composition, and rejected it as lodged by an unauthorised person.
The Commission also rejected the complaint lodged by Ivica Vasic, person authorised to act on behalf of Civic Group WE HAVE TO – ACTION – Ecological Uprising – Cuta – Don’t Let Belgrade D(r)own, against the Decree of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the Municipality of Bela Palanka.
The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted decrees on the appointment of members and substitute members into the standing composition of polling boards at the proposal of the National Assembly Speaker for the conduct of the repeat vote in the presidential elections called for 16 April 2022.
The session was chaired by Marko Jankovic, Deputy Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
