64th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 16 April 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by Vladan Sindjic, person authorised to act on behalf of Civic Group WE HAVE TO – ACTION – Ecological Uprising – Cuta – Don’t Let Belgrade D(r)own, against the Decree of the City Electoral Commission of the City of Uzice of 8 April 2022, and rejected it as unfounded.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to conclude that it is not competent to rule on the complaint lodged by Bogosav Mihailovic, authorised representative of the electoral list of candidates for councillors of the Assembly of Sevojno City Municipality, against the Decree of the City Electoral Commission of the City of Uzice of 8 April 2022, and forwarded the complaint to the Administrative Court as the competent authority.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to consider the complaint lodged by Bogosav Mihailovic, authorised representative of the electoral list of candidates for councillors of the Assembly of Sevojno City Municipality, against the Decree of the City Electoral Commission of the City of Uzice of 8 April 2022, and concluded that it is not competent to rule on said complaint, so it forwarded the complaint to the Administrative Court as the competent authority, for consideration and ruling.
