At the session held on 23 April 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree to conduct a repeat vote at a polling station where the voting in the parliamentary elections held on 3 April 2022 was annulled. The vote will be conducted at polling station no. 6 (“MUHAREM KADRIU” ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – CLASSROOM, VELIKI TRNOVAC) in the Municipality of Bujanovac, where the vote was annulled by Administrative Court ruling of 21 April 2022, on Thursday, 28 April 2022, between 7 am and 8 pm.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decision on the shape, appearance, colour and content of the ballot and control card to test the integrity of the ballot box for the conduct of the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections. The colour of the ballot will be white and the colour of the control card to test the integrity of the ballot box will be peach coloured.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decision determining the number of ballots for the conduct of the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections on 28 April 2022, establishing that 1,089 ballots shall be printed.
