At the session held on 9 May 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by Coalition: Socialist Party of Serbia, United Serbia and “Greens of Serbia” against the Decree of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the Municipality of Bujanovac of 4 May 2022, at polling station no. 6 (“MUHAREM KADRIU” ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – CLASSROOM, VELIKI TRNOVAC). The Commission adopted the complaint and annulled the Decree of the Bujanovac Municipal Electoral Commission.
By the Commission’ ruling, the Request to annul the voting at said polling station was adopted and the repeat vote in the parliamentary election conducted on 28 April 2022 was annulled.
The session was chaired by Vladimir Dimitrijevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
