At the session held on 21 May 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission ascertained the Report on the conducted presidential elections.

At the 70th session, held on 9 May 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission established that, in line with to Article 21 of the Law on the Election of the President of the Republic, Aleksandar Vucic, who received the majority of votes has been elected President of the Republic. Pursuant to Article 130 of the Law on the Election of MPs, at today’s session, the Republic Electoral Commission issued Aleksandar Vucic a certificate that he has been elected President of the Republic.

The session was chaired by Vladimir Dimitrijevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
