At the session held on 7 December 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission passed the Decree on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.
The National Assembly had informed the Republic Electoral Commission that, at the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2022, on 5 December 2022, it had noted the termination of the term of office of MPs Maja Macuzic Puzic, Sanja Maric and Ivana Popovic on the day they tendered their resignation.
The Republic Electoral Commission passed the Decree on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly to the first candidate next on the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Together We Can Do Anything viz. Brtimir Vasiljevic and Milosav Milojevic, and on the Electoral List MILICA DJURDJEVIC STAMENKOVSKI – Serbian Party Oathkeepers Marko Ristic.
The session was chaired by Vladimir Dimitrijevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
