At its 130th session, held on 27 January 2023, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted a Decree on the allocation of a term of office of National Council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Slovak National Minority.
The Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission Vladimir Dimitrijevic stated that the Republic Electoral Commission had received a note from the President of the National Council of the Slovak National Minority on 9 January 2023 informing it of the termination of the term of office of council member Jan Suljan due to resignation, noted at the Second Session, on 28 December 2022.
Pursuant to it, Republic Electoral Commission noted that the seat at the National Council of the Slovak National Minority vacated by the termination of office of member Jan Suljan, elected from the Electoral List SLOVAK HERITAGE SOCIETY IN SERBIA MATICA SLOVENSKÁ V SRBSKU be allocated to the candidate next on the Electoral List – Daniel Vrabcenjak.
In the continuation, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Report on the use and disposal of National Assembly funds in the part relating to expenditure planned and executed for the financing of the regular operation, activities relating to the conduct of the republic referendum and electoral activities of the Republic Electoral Commission in the periods January- December 2022, presented by the Secretary of the Republic Electoral Commission Srdjan Smiljanic.
The session was chaired by Vladimir Dimitrijevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
