At the session held on 4 January 2024, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by voter Goran Djuric from Pirot and rejected it as unfounded.

The REC members went on to rule on the complaint lodged by the submitter of Electoral List SERBIA AGAINST VIOLENCE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MARINIKA TEPIC (PARTY OF FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SEBIA, GREEN – LEFT FRONT, DON’T LET BELGRADE D(R)OWN, ECOLOGICAL UPRISING – CUTA, DEMOCRATIC PARTY, MOVEMENT OF FREE CITIZENS, SERBIA CENTRE, TOGETHER, MOVEMENT FOR REVERSAL, UNITED TRADE UNIONS OF SERBIA “SLOGA”, NEW FACE OF SERBIA) against the Decision of the Electoral Commission of the municipality of Negotin on 24 December 2023 and rejected it as untimely.
The session was chaired by the Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission Vladimir Dimitrijevic.
