21st Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 16 September 2026, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission considered and ruled on the Proposal of the Conclusion on the elimination of shortcomings of Electoral List CHOICE OF THE PEOPLE – MIROLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MILOS PARANDILOVIC – ALEKSANDAR JOVANOVIC CUTA (PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SERBIA, NEW FACE OF SERBIA, MOVEMENT ECOLOGICAL UPRISING) for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, submitted by the COALITION PEOPLE’S SERBIA and adopted the Conclusion demanding that the COALITION PEOPLE’S SERBIA, submitter of said electoral list of candidates for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, eliminate the shortcomings that prevent it from being proclaimed within 48 hours from the publication of the Conclusion on the web-presentation of the Republic Electoral Commission.
