23rd Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 17 September 2026, the Republic Electoral Commission proclaimed Electoral List Usame Zukorlic (SPP) Movement for Unification for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The REC members also adopted a Decree establishing that Electoral List Usame Zukorlic (SPP) Movement for Unification has the status of national minority list in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The Commission proceeded to adopt the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List Usame Zukorlic (SPP) Movement for Unification. Enes Mahmutovic, Bachelor of Laws from Tutin, was appointed member, and Majida Lubura Cosic, Master of Laws from Novi Sad, was appointed substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission.

The Republic Electoral Commission also proclaimed Electoral List RUSSIAN PARTY – SERBIA IN BRICS - SLOBODAN NIKOLIC for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The REC members also adopted a Decree establishing that Electoral List RUSSIAN PARTY – SERBIA IN BRICS - SLOBODAN NIKOLIC has the status of national minority list in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decision amending the Decision to grant consent for the designation of polling stations with more than 2,500 and less than 100 voters.

The Commission adopted decisions on the dismissals and termination of office in local electoral commissions, as well as decisions on the appointment into local electoral commissions.

The REC proceeded to adopt decrees on the establishment of local electoral commissions standing composition set up by the Republic Electoral Commission.

At the session, the Republic Electoral Commission also adopted decisions on the conduct of procedures for RIK JN no.6/26, 7/26, 8/26, 9/26, 10/26, 11/26, 12/26 and 13/26.
