24th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 18 September 2026, the Republic Electoral Commission proclaimed Electoral List AUTHENTIC RIGHT – dr MILOS JOVANOVIC (NEW DSS – MONARCHISTS – Serbian Coalition NADA – National Democratic Alternative - NEW DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF SERBIA – MOVEMENT FOR THE KINGDOM OF SERBIA) – BOLDLY SERBIAN! for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, and adopted the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List AUTHENTIC RIGHT – dr MILOS JOVANOVIC (NEW DSS – MONARCHISTS – Serbian Coalition NADA – National Democratic Alternative - NEW DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF SERBIA – MOVEMENT FOR THE KINGDOM OF SERBIA) – BOLDLY SERBIAN!, appointing Jelena Vranjes, Bachelor of Laws from Novi Sad, member, and Andrea Jankovic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, substitute member.

The REC members also proclaimed Electoral List CHOICE OF THE PEOPLE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MILOS PARANDILOVIC – ALEKSANDAR JOVANOVIC CUTA – (PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SERBIA, NEW FACE OF SERBIA, MOVEMENT ECOLOGICAL UPRISING) for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The Commission proceeded to adopt the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List RUSSIAN PARTY – SERBIA IN BRICS - SLOBODAN NIKOLIC, appointing Igor Tomic, Bachelor of Laws from Novi Sad, member.

The REC also adopted decisions on the dismissals and termination of office in local electoral commissions, as well as decisions on the appointment into local electoral commissions.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission also ruled on the objections lodged by voters Goran Lakatus from Aleksandrovo, Jugoslav Nikolic and Jelena Drenca from Belgrade and rejected them as unfounded, as well as the objection lodged by Mirsen Alibasic from Novi Pazar as lodged by an unauthorized person.

The session was chaired by Vladimir Dimitrijevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
