29th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 23 September 2026, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission passed the Decision amending the Instruction on the arrangement of polling station and voting area, Decision on the forms for the determination of voting results in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, as well as the Decision on the forms of the minutes on the handover of electoral material for the conduct of the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The Republic Electoral Commission also passed the Decree noting the withdrawal of the Electoral List CHOICE OF THE PEOPLE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MILOS PARANDILOVIC – ALEKSANDAR JOVANOVIC CUTA – (PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SERBIA, NEW FACE OF SERBIA, MOVEMENT ECOLOGICAL UPRISING) from the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The REC then ruled on the complaint lodged by voters Boris Djondovic and Branislav Popadic from Kovin and rejected it as lodged by an unauthorized person, as well as the complaint lodged by voter Sava Djurdjic from Novi Sad, which was rejected as unfounded.

The REC also adopted decisions on the dismissals and termination of office in local electoral commissions, as well as decisions on the appointment into local electoral commissions.
