37th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 30 September 2026, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the objection lodged by voter Dragan Urosev from Belgrade. The Republic Electoral Commission passed the Decree to adopt the objection and annul the Decree passed by the Republic Electoral Commission on 26 September 2026 proclaiming Electoral List DAD THIS IS FOR YOU – PETAR DJURIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA submitted on 25 September 2026 by Civic Group DAD THIS IS FOR YOU – PETAR DJURIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The REC members also ruled on the objection lodged by voter Ana Erakovic Nesic from Nis. The Republic Electoral Commission passed the Decree to adopt the objection, that is to note that the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission from the previous item on the agenda of 30 September passed on the objection lodged by voter Dragan Urosev from Belgrade, annuls the Decree passed by the Republic Electoral Commission on 26 September 2026 proclaiming Electoral List DAD THIS IS FOR YOU – PETAR DJURIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA submitted on 25 September 2026 by the same Civic Group for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.
