40th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 1 October 2026, the Republic Electoral Commission proclaimed Electoral List LIBERAL GREEN PARTY – FOR A FREE AND CLEANER SERBIA for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, and adopted the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List LIBERAL GREEN PARTY – FOR A FREE AND CLEANER SERBIA, appointing Mihailo Ostojic from Belgrade, member, and Marko Popadic from Belgrade, substitute member.

The REC members also proclaimed Electoral List I Choose JUSTICE – I Choose the FUTURE – Coalition STRENGTH – Prof. Dr Ferid Bulic – Vasilios Proveleggios – Party of Future and Development – Citizens’ Party of Greeks in Serbia, for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, and adopted the Decree establishing that Electoral List I Choose JUSTICE – I Choose the FUTURE – Coalition STRENGTH – Prof. Dr Ferid Bulic – Vasilios Proveleggios – Party of Future and Development – Citizens’ Party of Greeks in Serbia has the status of national minority list in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The Commission proceeded to adopt the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List I Choose JUSTICE – I Choose the FUTURE – Coalition STRENGTH – Prof. Dr Ferid Bulic – Vasilios Proveleggios – Party of Future and Development – Citizens’ Party of Greeks in Serbia, appointing Prof. Dr Enver Medjedovic from Novi Pazar, member, and Almir Crnovrsanin from Novi Pazar, substitute member.

The Commission members then proclaimed Electoral List PARTY OF RUSSIAN-SERBIAN UNITY – RUSSIANS AND SERBS BROTHERS FOREVER, for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, and adopted the Decree establishing that Electoral List PARTY OF RUSSIAN-SERBIAN UNITY – RUSSIANS AND SERBS BROTHERS FOREVER has the status of national minority list in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The REC also adopted the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List PARTY OF RUSSIAN-SERBIAN UNITY – RUSSIANS AND SERBS BROTHERS FOREVER, appointing Goran Malic from Belgrade, member, and Milovan Roljic from Belgrade, substitute member.

The Commission also adopted decisions on dismissals and appointments into local electoral commissions.

The session was chaired by Vladimir Dimitrijevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
