At the session held on 5 October 2026, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the objection lodged by voter Nenad Jovanovic from Bojnik and rejected it as unfounded.
The Republic Electoral Commission also ruled on the objection lodged by voter Bosko Stanimirov from Novi Knezevac and rejected it as unfounded
The REC members then adopted the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List EUROPEAN SERBIA – MARINIKA TEPIC – ZDRAVKO PONOS (PARTY OF FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, SERBIA CENTRE – SRCE, SOLIDARITY – SELF-DEFENCE – LIBERATION) for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, appointing Milan Vasiljevic, Bachelor of Laws from Novi Sad, member, and Strahinja Bozinovic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, substitute member.
The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decision designating polling stations abroad for the voting in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, as well as the Decision designating the start and end time for the voting at the polling stations abroad.
