46th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 5 October 2026, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision on the manner in which voters from the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija can exercise their active right to vote in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The REC then proclaimed Electoral List “Albanian Coalition” - “Koalicioni Shqiptar” for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, and adopted the Decree establishing that Electoral List “Albanian Coalition” - “Koalicioni Shqiptar” has the status of national minority list in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The Republic Electoral Commission also proclaimed the Electoral List MOTHER SERBIA – THE HOMELAND for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, and adopted the Decree establishing that Electoral List MOTHER SERBIA – THE HOMELAND has the status of national minority list in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The Commission also ruled on the objection lodged by voter Ana Erakovic Nesic from Nis and rejected it as unfounded.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt decisions on the dismissals and termination of office in local electoral commissions, as well as decisions on the appointment into local electoral commissions.
