At the 141st session, held on 6 June 2020, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Conclusion on the elimination of the deficiency noted on the Electoral List Cedomir Jovanovic – COALITION FOR PEACE (Liberal Democratic Party – TOLERANCE of Serbia, BOSNIAK CIVIC PARTY, PARTY OF MONTENEGRINS, Vlach National Party - Partia neamului rumânesc, Liberal Democratic Movement of Vojvodina, ASSOCIATION OF YUGOSLAVS IN SERBIA, AMARO – Action Network of Associations and Roma Organizations, Civic Association “Romanians of Homolje”, Skaska) for the parliamentary elections called for 21 June 2020, demanding that, within 48 hours of the receipt of the conclusion, the submitter of the Electoral List eliminate the deficiency noted on the Electoral List which prevents it from being proclaimed and submit the missing 612 legally sound voters' endorsements with a list of said voters in writing and electronically on appropriate forms.

The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Conclusion on the elimination of the deficiency noted on the Electoral List LEVIATHAN MOVEMENT – I LIVE FOR SERBIA for the parliamentary elections called for 21 June 2020, demanding that, within 48 hours of the receipt of the conclusion, the submitter of the Electoral List eliminate the deficiency noted on the Electoral List which prevents it from being proclaimed and submit the missing 3,085 legally sound voters' endorsements with a list of said voters in writing and electronically on appropriate forms.

The Republic Electoral Commission then considered and proclaimed Electoral List Civic Group: 1 of 5 Million for the parliamentary elections called for 21 June 2020, supported by 11,445 legally sound voters’ endorsements. The Commission ascertained that the submitter of the Electoral List had acted in accordance with the REC Conclusion and eliminated in full the deficiency preventing it from being proclaimed, by submitting new 2,177 legally sound voters' endorsements.

The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decree that conditions have been met to appoint representatives of the submitter of Electoral List Civic Group: 1 of 5 Million into the expanded composition of the bodies for the conduct of the parliamentary elections called for 21 June 2020 and asked the submitter of the Electoral List to designate representatives for the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission and polling boards by 15 June 2020 at the latest.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to consider and reject as unfounded the complaint of Zoran Maric, president of the United Russian Party against the submission of an electoral list of candidates for National Assembly Members for the elections called for 21 June 2020.

The Commission also adopted the Conclusion on the merging of legal issues into one proceeding thus considering 40 voters’ complaints lodged against the Decree on the continuation of electoral activities for the elections for MPs to the National Assembly, called on 4 March 2020, of 11 May 2020, and ruled to reject them all as untimely.
