At the session, held on 29 January 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree to repeat the vote at the polling station where the vote in the republic referendum held on 16 January 2022 was annulled viz. polling station 59 (LOCAL COMMUNITY KUMODRAZ – TWO – SMALL HALL) in the municipality of Vozdovac, City of Belgrade.

The REC also adopted the Decision determining the shape, form, colour and content of the ballot and control card to test the integrity of the ballot box, for the repeat vote in the republic referendum to confirm the Act on the amendment of the Constitution of Republic of Serbia to be held on 2 February 2022, as well as the Decree establishing the number of ballots for the repeat vote in the republic referendum to confirm the Act on the amendment of the Constitution of Republic of Serbia, that number being 1,523 ballots.
The session was chaired by Vladimir Dimitrijevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
