The National Assembly had informed the Republic Electoral Commission that, at the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly, 14th Legislature, on 10 June 2025, it had noted the termination of the term of office of MPs Aleksandar Antic and Prof. Dr Aleksandra Pavlovic, elected from Electoral List IVICA DACIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA, on the day they tendered their resignations.
The Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the allocation of terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly to the first following candidates on the Electoral List IVICA DACIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA – Prof. Dr Andreja Savic and Dubravka Kralj.
The National Council of the Bosniak National Minority had informed the Republic Electoral Commission that it had, at its XII session, held on 28 April 2025, noted the termination of the term of office of Mustafa Fetic, due to his inability to participate in the Council’s further work, as well as Ljuvija Balkan, due to absence from Council sessions for more than a year. Consequently, the Republic Electoral Commission allocated terms of office of the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority to Amina Misorep and Mersad Curic, the first following candidates on the Electoral List JUSTICE AND RECONCILIATION PARTY – Dr Misala Pramenkovic
