At the session held on 22 December 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission passed the Decree on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.
The National Assembly had informed the Republic Electoral Commission that, at the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2022, on 22 December 2022, it had noted the termination of the term of office of MPs Lav-Grigorije Pajkic and Krsto Janjusevic on the day they tendered their resignation.
The Republic Electoral Commission passed the Decree on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly to the first candidate next on the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Together We Can Do Anything viz. Dragana Radinovic and Jelena Milivojevic.
The session was chaired by Marko Jankovic, Deputy Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
