41st Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 25 December 2023, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaints lodged by voters and submitters of electoral lists.

The REC members ruled on the complaint lodged by voter Srdjan Nogo from Belgrade, complaint lodged by voter Suzana Nogo from Belgrade, complaint lodged by voter Danilo Jovovic from Belgrade, complaint lodged by voter Vedran Vajler from Belgrade, complaint lodged by voter Danica Nogo from Belgrade, complaint lodged by voter Zarko Rakic from Belgrade, complaint lodged by voter Marko Radulovic from Kaludjerica, complaint lodged by voter Radisa Popadic from Prijepolje and the complaint lodged jointly by voters Srdjan Nogo, Suzana Nogo and Danica Nogo from Belgrade, rejecting them as not allowed.

REC also ruled on the complaint lodged by the submitter of Electoral List MILICA DJURDJEVIC STAMENKOVSKI – BOSKO OBRADOVIC – NATIONAL GATHERING – STATE-BUILDING FORCE - Serbian Party Oathkeepers - Serbian Movement Dveri and noted that it is not allowed.

Concerning the complaint lodged by the submitter of Electoral List POZEGA AGAINST VIOLENCE – BOGDAN RADOVANOVIC – MISO MARKOVIC (INITIATIVE FOR POZEGA, GREEN-LEFT FRONT, DEMOCRATIC PARTY) for the election of councillors of the Pozega Municipality Assembly, the Republic Electoral Commission adopted a Certificate stating that it considers itself not competent to rule on the matter and returned it to the Municipal Electoral Commission as the authority competent to rule on the complaint.

The complaint lodged by the submitter of Electoral List MILICA DJURDJEVIC STAMENKOVSKI – BOSKO OBRADOVIC – NATIONAL GATHERING – STATE-BUILDING FORCE - Serbian Party Oathkeepers - Serbian Movement Dveri, the Republic Electoral Commission rejected as not allowed.

The REC members also rejected the complaint lodged by voter Dunja Cvetkovic as not allowed.

The Republic Electoral Commission then proceeded to adopt certificates on the conduct of a repeat vote at polling stations where the vote in the parliamentary elections held on 17 December 2023 was annulled, Decision amending and modifying the Decision on the shape, appearance, colour and content of the ballot and the control card to test the integrity of the ballot box for the conduct of the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections called for 30 December 2023.
