At the session held on 14 April 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the 24 complaints lodged by Aleksandar Maric, authorised person of the Coalition United for the Victory of Serbia, against the Decree of the City Electoral Commission of the City of Novi Sad of 8 April 2022, and rejected them all as unfounded.

The Republic Electoral Commission also ruled on the following:

  • complaint lodged by Jovan Velimirovic, member of the polling board extended composition at polling station no.1 in the Municipality of Koceljeva, against the Decree of the Municipality of Koceljeva Electoral Commission of 6 April 2022;
  • complaint lodged by Mioljub Milosevic, member of the polling board extended composition at polling station no.11 in the Municipality of Koceljeva, against the Decree of the Municipality of Koceljeva Electoral Commission of 6 April 2022;
  • complaint lodged by Momcilo Teodorovic, member of the polling board extended composition at polling station no.7 in the Municipality of Koceljeva, against the Decree of the Municipality of Koceljeva Electoral Commission of 6 April 2022;
  • complaint lodged by Abedin Racipi, person authorised to act on behalf of “COALITION OF ALBANIANS FROM THE VALLEY” – “KOALICIONI I SHQIPTARËVE TË LUGINËS”, against the Decree of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the Municipality of Bujanovac of 7 April 2022;
  • three complaints lodged by Jasmina Kostadinovic, person authorised to act on behalf of Civic Group WE HAVE TO – ACTION – Ecological Uprising – Cuta – Don’t Let Belgrade D(r)own, against the Decree of the City Electoral Commission of the City of Prokuplje of 7 April 2022, and
  • complaint lodged by Petar Jovanovic, President of the Democratic Party Jagodina City Board, against the Decree of the City Electoral Commission of the City of Jagodina of 6 April 2022.

The Republic Electoral Commission rejected all the abovementioned complaints.
