At the session held on 30 December 2023, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by the submitter of Electoral List SERBIA AGAINST VIOLENCE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MARINIKA TEPIC (PARTY OF FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SEBIA, GREEN – LEFT FRONT, DON’T LET BELGRADE D(R)OWN, ECOLOGICAL UPRISING – CUTA, DEMOCRATIC PARTY, MOVEMENT OF FREE CITIZENS, SERBIA CENTRE, TOGETHER, MOVEMENT FOR REVERSAL, UNITED TRADE UNIONS OF SERBIA “SLOGA”, NEW FACE OF SERBIA) against the Decision of the Election Commission of the city of Pancevo, which it ceded to the Provincial Electoral Commission as the competent institution.

At the session, the REC also adopted a Decision on the conduct of a repeat vote at the polling stations where the voting in the parliamentary elections held on 17 December 2023 was annulled. The repeat vote will be held on Tuesday, 2 January 2024, from 7 am to 8 pm, at the polling stations where the voting was annulled by Republic Electoral Commission decisions:

1) polling station no. 4 in the municipality of Backi Petrovac;

2) polling station no. 11 in the municipality of Backi Petrovac;

3) polling station no. 2 in the municipality of Bela Palanka;

4) polling station no. 12 in the municipality of Bela Palanka;

5) polling station no. 37 in the municipality of Bela Palanka;

6) polling station no. 4 in the municipality of Beocin;

7) polling station no. 20 in the municipality of Mionica;

8) polling station no. 7 in the municipality of Petrovac na Mlavi;

The REC then adopted the the Decision on the shape, appearance, colour and content of the ballot and the control card to test the integrity of the ballot box for the conduct of the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections, as well as the Decision determining the number of ballots for the conduct of the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections to be held on 2 January 2024. For the conduct of the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections where the vote is to be repeated the REC established that 5,352 are to be printed.
