At the session held on 26 May 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission ruled on the complaint lodged by Serbian Party Oathkeepers against the Decree of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the Municipality of Bujanovac.
The Commission decided to accept the complaint and annul the Decree, and appoint into the polling board the member and substitute member proposed by Serbian Party Oathkeepers.
The Republic Electoral Commission also ruled on the complaint lodged by COALITION FOR THE KINGDOM OF SERBIA – DSS against the Decree of the Municipal Electoral Commission of the Municipality of Bujanovac.
The Commission decided to accept the complaint and annul the Decree, and appoint into the polling board the member and substitute member proposed by COALITION FOR THE KINGDOM OF SERBIA – DSS.
The session was chaired by Vladimir Dimitrijevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
