At the session held on 21 December 2023, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the collective report on the results of the vote in the parliamentary elections at polling stations abroad.

The REC went on to adopt the Decree on the conduct of the repeat vote at three polling stations where the vote in the parliamentary elections conducted on 17 December 2023 was annulled, on the territory of the municipality of Kula.

The Republic Electoral Commission then passed the Decision determining the number of ballots for the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections to be held on 30 December 2023. It was established that for the repeat vote in the parliamentary elections to be held on 30 December 2023 at the polling stations where the vote is to be repeated in the municipality of Kula, 2,905 ballots shall be printed.

The members of the Republic Electoral Commission proceeded to rule on the complaint lodged by Luka Bralic from Zemun and rejected it as not allowed. The complaint lodged by Viliman Milovancevic from Belgrade was rejected as unintelligible and incomplete, while the complaint lodged by Ivan Bozic from Belgrade was rejected as not allowed. The complaint lodged by Snezana Soskic from Belgrade and the complaint lodged by Ljiljana Bela Antonic were rejected as untimely, while the complaint lodged by Mira Markovic from Belgrade, was rejected as not allowed. The complaint lodged by Branka Djukanovic from Belgrade were rejected as lodged by an unauthorized person, while the complaint lodged by Milivoje Sakota from Belgrade, was rejected as not allowed. The complaint lodged by Jovan Dragumil from Belgrade were rejected as lodged by an unauthorized person
