The National Assembly had informed the Republic Electoral Commission that, at the First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025, on 8 October 2025, it had noted the termination of the term of office of MP Dr Tijana Peric Diligenski elected from the Electoral List SERBIA AGAINST VIOLENCE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MARINIKA TEPIC (PARTY OF FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SEBIA, GREEN – LEFT FRONT, DON’T LET BELGRADE D(R)OWN, ECOLOGICAL UPRISING – CUTA, DEMOCRATIC PARTY, MOVEMENT OF FREE CITIZENS, SERBIA CENTRE, TOGETHER, MOVEMENT FOR REVERSAL, UNITED TRADE UNIONS OF SERBIA “SLOGA”, NEW FACE OF SERBIA), on the day she tendered her resignation.
The Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly to Petar Boskovic, elected from the same Electoral List.
The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decree on the allocation of term of office of national council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority.
The National Council of the Bosniak National Minority had informed the Republic Electoral Commission that it had, at its XIII regular session, held on 8 July 2025, noted the termination of the term of office of Amina Misorep and Mersad Curic, due to their resignation. Consequently, the Republic Electoral Commission allocated terms of office of members of the National Council of the Bosniak National Minority to Jonuz Dzankovic and Sadika Dzankovic, the first following candidates on the Electoral List JUSTICE AND RECONCILIATION PARTY – Dr Misala Pramenkovic.
The Republic Electoral Commission also to adopt the Decree on the allocation of term of office of national council member for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority.
The National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority had informed the Republic Electoral Commission that it had, at its session, held on 4 September 2025, noted the termination of the term of office of Joakim Rac, Sasa Paljenkas and Marija Kolosnja, elected from the Electoral List “Ruthenians Together” „Руснаци Вєдно“, and Slavica Katona, elected from the Electoral List “Ruthenian Matka for Ruthenians” / „Руска матка за Руснацох“, due to their resignation. Consequently, the Republic Electoral Commission allocated terms of office of members of the National Council of the Ruthenian National Minority to Silvija Malacko, Vladimir Olejar and Marija Stankovic, the first following candidates on the Electoral List “Ruthenians Together” „Руснаци Вєдно“, and Natasa Makaja Mudroh, the first following candidate on the Electoral List Ruthenian Matka for Ruthenians” / „Руска матка за Руснацох“.
