At the session held on 23 February 2022, the Republic Electoral Commission proclaimed the Electoral List Bosko Obradovic – Serbian Movement DVERI – POKS – Milos Parandilovic – Patriotic Bloc for the Restoration of the Kingdom of Serbia for the parliamentary elections called for 3 April 2022. The electoral list was accompanied by 10,469 legally certified voters’ statements of endorsement.
The Commission also adopted the Decree appointing a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List Bosko Obradovic – Serbian Movement DVERI – POKS – Milos Parandilovic – Patriotic Bloc for the Restoration of the Kingdom of Serbia. Maja Mitic, lawyer from Vranje, was appointed Commission member, while Milan Tanovic, Bachelor of Laws from Kragujevac, was appointed substitute member.
The Commission went on to adopt the Decree appointing a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of SOVEREIGNISTS – Sasa Radulovic (DJB), Milan Stamatovic (ZS), Dr Jovana Stojkovic (ZZS), appointing Milos Biljic, lawyer from Belgrade, member, and Milan Pantic, lawyer from Belgrade, substitute member.
The Commission also adopted the Instruction for the handover of electoral material before and after the voting and the Timeline for the performance of electoral activities in the course of the conduct of the elections for National Assembly MPs called for 3 April 2022.
On the occasion, the Republic Electoral Commission passed the decisions on the conduct of negotiating procedures without a public call for REC, for the purpose of conducting electoral procedures.
