31st Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 25 September 2026, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission deliberated and ruled on the Conclusion Proposal to eliminate the deficiencies noted on the Electoral List Bogoljub Karic – Movement STRENGTH OF SERBIA – BK, for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, and adopted the Conclusion demanding that the submitter of said electoral list of candidates for MPs in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, within 48 hours of the publication of the Conclusion on the Republic Electoral Commission’s web-presentation, eliminate the noted shortcomings that prevent the proclamation of the Electoral List.

The REC members also ruled on the objection lodged by voter Svetlana Keca from Mladenovac and rejected it as unfounded.

The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt decisions on the dismissals and termination of office in local electoral commissions, as well as decisions on the appointment into local electoral commissions.
