At the session held on 10 November 2023, the Republic Electoral Commission proclaimed Electoral List USAME ZUKORLIC – UNITED FOR JUSTICE - JUSTICE AND RECONCILIATION PARTY –BOSNIAKS OF SANDZAK, TOMISLAV ZIGMANOV – DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE OF CROATS IN VOJVODINA.
The Republic Electoral Commission then adopted a Decree establishing that Electoral List USAME ZUKORLIC – UNITED FOR JUSTICE - JUSTICE AND RECONCILIATION PARTY –BOSNIAKS OF SANDZAK, TOMISLAV ZIGMANOV – DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE OF CROATS IN VOJVODINA has the status of national minority list in the parliamentary elections called for 17 December 2023.
The Commission proceeded to adopt the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List USAME ZUKORLIC – UNITED FOR JUSTICE - JUSTICE AND RECONCILIATION PARTY –BOSNIAKS OF SANDZAK, TOMISLAV ZIGMANOV – DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE OF CROATS IN VOJVODINA, appointing Enes Mahmutovic, Bachelor of Laws from Tutin, member, and Mahir Becirovic, Bachelor of Laws from Novi Pazar, substitute member.
The Commission also adopted the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List SERBIA AGAINST VIOLENCE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MARINIKA TEPIC (PARTY OF FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SEBIA, GREEN – LEFT FRONT, DON’T LET BELGRADE D(R)OWN, ECOLOGICAL UPRISING – CUTA, DEMOCRATIC PARTY, MOVEMENT OF FREE CITIZENS, SERBIA CENTRE, TOGETHER, MOVEMENT FOR REVERSAL, UNITED TRADE UNIONS OF SERBIA “SLOGA”, NEW FACE OF SERBIA), appointing Rodoljub Sabic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, member, and Jovan Rajic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, substitute member.
The Republic Electoral Commission then adopted the Decision terminating the office of substitute member of the Republic Electoral Commission standing composition of Ana Erakovic.
The REC went on to adopt a number of certificates dismissing and terminating the office of president and substitute members of local electoral commission dismissing Nemanja Patrovic from the post of substitute member of the Loznica City Electoral Commission standing composition, due to resignation, Andrej Babic from the post of substitute member of the Savski Venac City Municipality Electoral Commission standing composition, due to resignation, and the post of president of the Ivanjica Municipality Electoral Commission standing composition of Jovana Bogdanovic, MP candidate on the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop, for the parliamentary elections called for 17 December 2023, was terminated.
The Republic Electoral Commission adopted certificates on the appointment of president and substitute members of local electoral commission appointing Ivana Besevic president of the Ivanjica Municipality Electoral Commission standing composition, as the proposal of the ALEKDANDAR VUCIC – FOR OUR CHILDREN councillors’ list, Marko Vujovic substitute member of the Savski Venac City Municipality Electoral Commission standing composition as the proposal of the “IVICA DACIC – SPS-JS” councillors’ list in the Savski Venac Municipal Assembly in the City of Belgrade, and Dusan Nikolic substitute member of the Loznica City Electoral Commission standing composition, as the proposal of the councillor elected from the Electoral List Civic Group – Only for Loznica – Dragan Pajic in the Loznica City Assembly.
