35th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the 35^th session, held on 29 September 2026, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decision establishing the order in which the parliamentary groups shall propose members and substitute members of the polling boards standing composition and the Decision designating polling stations in facilities for the enforcement of criminal sanctions for the voting in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.

The Republic Electoral Commission adopted the Decree on the dismissal of the member and substitute member of the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission appointed at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List Bogoljub Karic – Movement STRENGTH OF SERBIA – BK, dismissing member Aleksa Petrovic and substitute member Mirjana Vesovic, due to resignation.

The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List Bogoljub Karic – Movement STRENGTH OF SERBIA – BK, appointing Nikola Lazarevic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, member, and Aleksandra Mikulandra, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, substitute member.

The Republic Electoral Commission then dopted the Decree to appoint a substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List RUSSIAN PARTY – SERBIA IN BRICS - SLOBODAN NIKOLIC, appointing Nikola Rajakovic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, substitute member.

The Commission adopted decisions on the dismissals and termination of office in local electoral commissions, as well as decisions on the appointment into local electoral commissions.

The REC members proceeded to adopt decisions to award contracts for the following public procurement procedures: RIK JN no. 6/26 (services), RIK JN no. 7/26 (services), RIK JN no. 8/26 (goods), RIK JN no. 10/26 (services), RIK JN no. 11/26 (services), RIK JN no. 12/26 (services) and RIK JN no. 13/26 (services).
