38th Session of the Republic Electoral Commission

At the session held on 30 September 2026, the Republic Electoral Commission considered and ruled on the Proposal of the Conclusion on the elimination of shortcomings of Electoral List DAD THIS IS FOR YOU – PETAR DJURIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, submitted on 25 September 2026 by Civic Group DAD THIS IS FOR YOU – PETAR DJURIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA, and adopted the Conclusion demanding that the submitter of said electoral list of candidates for the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026, eliminate the shortcomings that prevent it from being proclaimed within 48 hours from the publication of the Conclusion on the web-presentation of the Republic Electoral Commission.

The REC members went on to adopted the Decree on the termination of office of member of the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission appointed at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List DAD THIS IS FOR YOU – PETAR DJURIC – PRIME MINISTER OF SERBIA.

The Commission also adopted decisions on the dismissals and termination of office in local electoral commissions, as well as decisions on the appointment into local electoral commissions.

The session was chaired by Vladimir Dimitrijevic, Chairperson of the Republic Electoral Commission.
