At the session held on 7 October 2026, the members of the Republic Electoral Commission adopted the decisions on establishing the order in which the parliamentary groups shall propose members and substitute members of the polling boards standing composition for the conduct of the elections at polling stations where voters from the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija shall cast their vote, as well as designating polling stations for persons in military service, on military exercise or attending school in the units or institutions of the Serbian Armed Forces on the day of the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.
The REC also adopted the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of the submitter of Electoral List “MOTHER SERBIA – THE HOMELAND”, appointing Bojana Calovic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, member, and Milica Petrovic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade, substitute member. The Commission went on to adopt the Decree to appoint a member and substitute member into the expanded composition of the Republic Electoral Commission at the proposal of Electoral List “Albanian Coalition” - “Koalicioni Shqiptar”, appointing Fadil Aliti, Bachelor of Laws from Bujanovac, member, and Gantian Limani, Bachelor of Laws from Bujanovac, substitute member.
The Republic Electoral Commission went on to adopt the Decision amending the Decision designating polling stations abroad for the voting in the parliamentary elections called for 25 October 2026.
The Republic Electoral Commission also adopted decisions on the dismissals and termination of office in local electoral commissions, as well as decisions on the appointment into local electoral commissions.
